THEORY: Matt Gaetz is the most likely person to become Speaker of the House after a MAGA tsunami. After impeachment trials of Sniffy and Heels Up, Gaetz would be president. It is less likely that Trump would be made Speaker of the House, even though the speaker does not have to be in Congress, because that is weird optics. Democrats know all this, and are going after Gaetz now.
