If you really want that, then "Corruption of Blood" should be a Constitutional Punishment that you might look into pushing starting now......

If we don't push it now, the Courts will ignore it later, and the Criminals will not receive the message of ""leave us alone"", and in a few years, they'll be back at the trough doing what they've always done.....
