I don't take K2 nor bromelain but I'll check it out. My daily's are: fish oils, D3, Vitamin C, selenium, B-3, B50, multi-V, ZMA stack, and collagen.
It may seem like a lot but I'm trialing collagen and selenium.
I also lift approximately 12hrs a week and do approximately 3 hours more of some sort of cardiovascular activity (usually on my local trails on my MTB).
K2 is very important as a cofactor for D3. D3 helps deposit calcium in your body. K2 makes sure it goes to your teeth and bones and not your arteries and joints!
I take Life Extension Brand Vitamin D which has ALL types of K2 (there are several important variations of K2) and a small amount of iodine to make nearly the perfect Vitamin D absorbing blend.
