Quercetin should be taken with an oil right? Such as a shot of olive oil?... to make it more bioavailable?

Zinc.

Quercetin and zinc are ionophores for each other--they each help the other.

Also Quercetin needs Vitamin C to work properly to aid the zinc.

Then add Vitamin D3. If you have Covid add aspirin also.
