Last night, I almost had a full night's sleep for the first time in a year when my phone went off around 5:20am and again at 5:40am CDT with some tests of the emergency alert system.
Meant to ask about it earlier today, but sleep deprivation and all.
Anyone else get hit? Seems like an odd time to run tests. Wondering if it was just a regional thing or maybe a provider thing.
Turn it off fren, all tech builds a life routine using your habits and can use it against you, like disturbing your sleep!
Get some melatonin tablets, take one just before bed and wake up with that 8 hour sleep feeling!
