Toxic masculinity is created to emasculate men and make anything manly, evil.
There is a crazy lady on a board in our area that likes to tell my husband he is a masochonilisticexpeolodocious (whatever term they use) to try to shut him up. Basically saying he's a woman hater.
NIMBY (not in my backyard) is used to minimize people who live in an area that will be effected by whatever plan. In our area, it's being thrown around for a proposed bike path and retail area that will be on a dangerous road leading into the foothills. The homes are miles away from a city, and the people that live there like the dark and quiet. So of course, people are minimizing them by saying they are just NIMBYs.
The list could go on and on. It's all about name calling to get people to shut up and do what the left and soy boys want (since they are too weak to actually fight)
