Just check number 13 first. You will see their tentacles long and wide. They are probably more powerful than Black Rock. When you open the document, you will see secretary state filing fee. Most of the time, it's like $10. Number 13 shows $4050. All the entities that is affected by them. The list is long. 51 page article.
Hmm this document 13 is very interesting. The actual filing seems to be just to update their registered agent. It even says 2 out of 2 pages. And then suddenly there are 50 pages of lists of companies with no notation of what they repesent.
Are we assuming these companies are subsidiaries?
Do you know what the abbrevs DNC, DPC, FLLC etc mean?
I know what registered agents are. They take care of companies paperwork from Secretary of States such as annual filing and stuffs like that. I have NO IDEA what those abbreviations mean. But somebody paid a lot of money if you look through the annual filing and compare to 13.
Click on 16 and look also, Bubble.
Ask someone here who is an attorney and see if you can make sense of it. Another thing that is very interesting is Dominion Enterprises. Take a look through the corporationwiki.com and track them.
DNC = Domestic Non Profit Corporation
FPC = For Profit Corporation
DLLC= Domestic Limited Liability Company
I looked into some of the companies listed there. I only looked at several but it looks like the change of registered agent matched exactly to what was shown on 13 and 16. So basically, Dominion Voting is paying for the registered agent changes. What does that mean I do not know. Is it controlled by them? Knowing businesses because I am a business owner, no one can change my registered agent except me. So that tells me Dominion Voting is in charge of those companies. Now, I have not looked at everything just randomly sample some, but I found something really interesting. Take a look at this one.
If you go to number 16, and look under 19961061988, you will find a company Cedarwood Architectural Inc. I went to OH secretary state and found this for them.
Do you see how one company under Dominion Voting is changing a whole list of other companies?
Bet you Dominion Enterprises and Dominion Voting are connected and in cahoot. I just have not pull the right string yet. It's too big for me to find just now.
Cogency changed their name from National Corporate Research on May 1 2017 and filed registered agent change documents for all their client business, dominion being one of them.
This might be nothing burger, but the date gives me chills. May - June 2017, just a 4 months before Q's first post and right after Trump took office. Cant be nothing right?
Digging into Cogency is probably next logical step.
So what you are saying is that the same time the change of registered agent was registered with the SoS for Dominion Voting, many of these companies in those 51 pages also had a change of registered agent? That would be interesting and we might have to start pulling the strings on that registered agent.
I was also thinking of the coincidence of the year and dates. I did some random checks on those 51 pages of companies and those I have checked, registered agents changed. Of course I have not gone through the list because there's too many of them.
Another strange thing is, after that first change, on number 16, the registered agent changed back to the former agent.
Bubble, it's a lot of work, but let's work this and see where it leads. We know the deep state is deep, but I didn't expect this deep.
Yes. Bubble. It's all online. I can link you there. This is the site.

After I type in Dominion Voting System, I found 2, one started on 2022, so I don't choose that one. I click on the first one and bring up this

Hey Bubble,
