If it were my company, I'd be like "Its primarily transmitted through homosexual sex between men, so for the sake of safety of non-homosexual men, and following the precedent set during the covid-19 pandemic, we are going to assume all gay men are infected with Monkeypox until proven otherwise, and you will be required to quarantine if you do not provide sufficient proof.
