Shortly after, Putin started making moves to end Russia's Jewish central bank.

That was the exact moment Hillary and the 80% Jewish Democrat Party leadership (see Q post #3778) switched from diplomacy with Russia to calling for a hot war with Russia and manufacturing Russia! Russia! Russia! collusion lies.
