Good for you Lamesa is a great little area it's tripled in price in the last couple years people started realizing what a jam it was I go to CorePower Yoga that's right off of Fletcher and Baltimore so I look around as I'm driving there's so many nice places up on the hill I have good friends who just sold their house here believe it or not they made almost $2 million in five years I think they paid like 1.5 and sold it for like a little over 3,million in 5 years banked 2 mil can you believe that, that's how much the property has increased here .. of course everything is paid with cash China horrible anyway they just bought a beautiful place sight on scene they finally flew back to look at it a couple weeks ago they bought a 4 or 5 huge place for 900 K it in South Carolina close to ..is a Buckingham? They're great people ! Strong conservative Christian's ! After the steal and watching the vote theft here the past 30 years they had enough ! About the land yes it would be so great ,, i'd love to find somebody who had 50 or 100 acres or even 20 in a beautiful area and was willing to sell 1 acre, just to have a piece of land as a head for the hills kind of safe place ! ! For many reasons I'm not able to sell my house here special needs daughter , couple of other children who want to keep the house , im in Tierrasanta , but if I did sell this I could buy a fat house for cash in that area like my friends did , but I've got other situations going on !
