If "4-6 % lost forever" refers to the population of the United States or even the global population, there are a lot of potential allies left to win for us here. What can we do to ease tensions and come together against the cabal? Can our strategy be improved?

The first big "divide and conquer". I have asked myself if the "Creator God of the Universe" would be involved in such trivial pursuit, or...the work of "little g gods" for their own ends. There were no shortage of "little g gods" / "winged serpents" in the area at that time and as stated previously their only power was/is mind control of the masses. Likely just coincidence.
There are plenty of dems/libs who enjoy the fruits of capitalism in the US and a cushy life and freedoms (to travel at will, to own/invest, etc.). I think they need to get shown, irrefutably, that these pursuits will be severely curtailed in a N.WO. Hard to change a life's mind-set unless they come to a 'hit bottom' moment and experience some sort of meaningful loss (of friend, freedom, etc.). The N.WO architects' strategy of 'slowly boil the frog' with jab mandates, BBB bills, attempts at additional gun control, and piecemeal creating food and fuel shortages, etc., seems to be working to usher in their ultimate goal without creating mass push back. (Plenty of my dem friends have home protection and are CCW holders - maybe this will be the 'final straw' for some of them.)
The effects of the jab are myriad, which makes it harder for them (Dem/lib), to identify the shot as a danger and a deliberate population reduction mechanism. Burying a friend this afternoon who was fully boosted (retired...no mandates involved, just scare tactics from CNN, et al) and developed a fast, aggressive CA identified within the last 45 days and ultimately took her life this week. I believe, at the end, she was beginning to consider that the jab was involved but the cognitive dissonance and the 'saving face' issue were still in play.
I agree with OP that we need to approach this as an 'enemy of my enemy' movement to change minds on just the N.WO topic instead of hoping for complete 'red pill' on these folks. To convert people on all of the conservative issues would take years to accomplish. We don't have that luxury.
