There are several proposals in the works. There may be an actual DRAFT bill put together by Patriots in the House of Rep. Here is an article on it: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2020/jan/28/americans-need-a-digital-bill-of-rights-heres-why; Pretty clear that this is the direction things are headed. I added the "death penalty" myself because I believe a strong deterrent needs to be included. Just my opinion, though.
It is also called the "Internet Bill of Rights" which I believe is similar. Here is one example: https://www.rokhanna.com/issues/internet-bill-rights; It would be very interesting indeed if it was the Dems that actually proposed and implemented it prior to the new Congress in January 2023.

All good stuff. Right now you can setup an LLC, make sure you have a permanent controlling stake at 51%, and then assign all of your IP and personal info and data to it, including genetic info. Then sue the crap out of everyone (via this weaponized LLC) for using your bio info without your permission for royalty and licensing fees. $1B per month seems like good rate.
You can flip the tables by copying their terms of service, inserting your $1B/month “licensing fee”, and then claim that they automatically agreed to the terms by using your data. You can even insert automatic arbitration clause, and just force them to go to arbitration for settlement without going to court.
