It’s becoming an increasing trend to add a “pronoun” to you email sig. I first noticed it with an HR rep...not a shocking discovery. Then I started seeing it with those in high level technical roles.
The most recent comes from someone who had a known promotion(yes, there are “unknown” promotions, 4am ballot drop kind). This person got a promotion and the pronoun followed.
It appears the “leadership” is pushing this crap.
Without going into too much detail, I told them to go pound sand when it came to the clot shot last year...I am still here. No clot shot. That was a big deal here. Don’t even try me with pronouns.
Lol. Agreed. Just because they say so doesn't mean we agree. End of story.
