He hasn't really promoted it in a while that I am aware of. And when he has in the past its been "go get it, if you want it" not "go get it, or else".

Has he ever said he got it?

When articles say certain people got it, I generally presume that most 'leaders' would have gotten a saline jab instead or were just saying they got it when in fact they didn't.
