I don’t know if this theory has been brought up yet, but Soros could offer Harris a huge sum to resign. Then Newsome is named new VP. Then Joe realizes he is unfit to continue. Newsome becomes the new resident, and can name his new swamp assistant- which would be someone horrific like Stacey Abrams, and then the two of them pardon Joe and Hunter for whatever may come down the pike. Plausible?
