At a local hospital here the nurses just voted to become part of a union.

They fired and forced hundreds out over the vax, They have hired back unvaxed nurses (contractors) at more than double the pay and pressure the ones with covid symptoms and positive tests to come to work anyway.

The Governor removed the penalty for those working in medical facilities without a license.

What a mess. Unions protect the mediocre, the whiners and the multi-sectional-victims that are proud of their ignorance on everything.

All the talented nurses are gone, or are currently looking to leave.
