Wasn't there a British Lord or MP who was able to use the "he has Alzheimer's now" defense to get out of being prosecuted as a child-toucher? I can't remember the name but the gist of it was that "his mind is so gone now that it wouldn't be right to prosecute him".

ok good point, how is proven that they are not suffering from that? You think is possible Biden is pretending as well? There are people that believe so, the pedo-in-chief could be pretending to have dementia.
I don't think dementia at the end is a reason not to be tried for pedophilia over your whole life.
