Yes it’s hotter than fuck. I also beleive they have tweaked the weather to increase the heat a bit and change the weather patterns to flood in some areas and drought in others.

It's 30°C here on our island, at noon. I'm sitting with the hosepipe ready to douse the flames if a bush suddenly bursts into flames. (Strange, they never warned us about 30 degree combustion at school. And in winter I have to use a fucking blowtorch to light the stove!)

It used to be hotter and for longer periods of time when I used to be a kid.
