LOL since Trump did win the presidential election of 2020 but prevented from inauguration by proven fraud, and since fraud vitiates everything, he is committing no crime.

The insurrection of Nov. 3 and the treasonous coup d'etat against the presidency of the United States of Jan. 6? Now THOSE are some crimes worth prosecuting and punishing to the fullest extent of the law—and beyond. (Because the law doesn't stop the punishment of your name being dragged through the shit by history, forever.)
