Melatonin and sleepytime tea for me. Going to restart strength training on Monday so that will probably help as well.
You should give the Vicks "restorative herbal sleep" pills a try. I stay away from melatonin, personally, and picked up these pills on a whim the other day. I've been impressed. I think its just valerian root, passion flower and hops, but man it's working good.
Hmm, I spend over 10 hours a day researching. I sleep like a log. The only thing I take (to combat "restless legs" and muscle cramps) is magnesium.
I have too many horrible memories to sleep naturally. I used to drown them with booze, but this seems to be working well thankfully.
