I think its screen time, and I am guilty of using it at night even though I know I would sleep better if I could just turn it off and read a book.I used to, long ago in a galaxy far away, there was not internet, if I could not sleep I would get a book and read. I was never one for watching tv till I fell asleep, didn't own one for years. I miss those days, I really do. The information we all have been accustomed to have at our fingertips, was available.Let me tell you that so much of what is discussed at this site, there were people who knew, people wrote books about the New World Order, wrote books about the dark energy that permeated governments, the secret societies, the masons, it was all known somehow without the internet. I'm a boomer, there was a reason i got "off the wheel" back in the day, there was a reason I was able to connect with base folks who felt the way I did. God will bring us together with or without the internet, and who is to say anywhere we go on the web is truly safe from subliminal infiltration? All I can advise myself and to others is to have a good part of your day away from the screen. It requires discipline, like avoiding unhealthy foods, bad habits, etc. Pray to God for him to light your path as you walk through life, every morning, and you will find yourself going in the right direction. Turn off that wifi on your phone or laptop. I have to say that some days I am disgusted with myself for sleeping with the darn laptop right next to me. Last night, I woke up at around 3 am, and the dogs heard me awake, so we went outside instead of me turning on the laptop. I live in the hills of Vermont, not a lot of light, just stars, they were amazing, I went back to sleep after we all peed, and woke up rested.
