Solar urticaria is a rare allergic reaction to sun exposure. The condition causes an itchy rash or hives that appear on any skin that has been exposed to the sun. The more skin that is exposed to sunlight, the more serious the reaction will be. There is no cure for solar urticaria.
I am allergic to the sun so it is a real condition. Vitamin D has improved it some and I take 10,000 IU's per day plus a Super K. My D level went from 25 to 60 and that allows me to very slowly acclimate to the sun so I don't react as quickly. I did not have this at all until about middle age so I really don't know how you become allergic...I just work with what I got.
Isolated incident.
Do some research...not as rare as you think.
I have / had this for 20 years. Was perfectly fine one day then all of a sudden started going into shock from it. I used to literally burn through my clothes. I had to wear really thick clothes or layers.
Just like transgender. Sure it exists. It’s Not the norm. I bet it’s a dietary imbalance. Probably eat a lot of seed oils.
