The lawsuit names the City of Columbus, Fihe and Winchell as defendants and argues this is part of a pattern of misconduct by Columbus police and a lack of investigation into officers' behavior, calling it "unconstitutional policing."
UNCONSTITUTIONAL POLICING
Everything about what he (ATF agent) was doing was unconstitutional as fuck
Try getting a jury to side with the Fed though. They won't have it so easy. The full video is more revealing. The Fed was attempting to get in without a warrant and scared this immigrant woman and her kids. Why was he there to see their gun in the first place?
He deserved to be cut down to size by the locals. What an attitude. Thinking he didn't have to comply with police, and whining like a little baby about it. I guess that is the type who would think he could take somebody's gun without a warrant.
That's not true. The woman tells the cop that he knocked on her door. Somehow the 911 operator, who was given the agent's full name and badge number/ID over the phone and this woman's testimony that he knocked and told her he was there to retrieve the illegally possessed weapon got turned into a fake LEO + home invasion. He never attempted to get into the house.
He didn't comply with police so they could determine that for sure. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some taking out animosity towards the Fed, especially after he gave them attitude. Feds need to stop going after people's arms. If they are not committing crimes with them, then leave them alone.

I saw that. The article is very biased toward the ATF, did you notice that?
Yep, noticed that bit as well

You missed another key detail, he was there to take a gun from them. Not just look
