Today, Trey Gowdy lets us know that 'due process' is a passe/relative term, being the expert he is.

Looking at how that judge is handling the Alex Jones sandy hook case. I say due process is dead in that instance. I bet the case moves to federal court.

My take is that is an 'arranged' court case aka 'fake court' or Court TV.

No sentence levied, only attempt to gag researchers with a monetary 'settlement' to pretend that sets a legal precedent when it doesn't.

Still waiting for Alex's 'Discovery' phase of his defense..............aren't you?
