Apparently, the prosecutors say he was the ring leader that "lit the match" that caused everyone else to do things. Which is a total joke, considering the J6 never interviewed the undercover FBI/Ray Epps, who actually is on camera saying to go into the capital.
He also had a weapons charge in his 6 counts against him.
Much of what was used against him were recordings AT HOME not on jan 6 while in various states of medication/intoxication...private statements and opinions.
