To the downvotefag, there's a theory that Trump worked out some kind of arrangement with Putin, in order to take down the Cabal.

In this clip of Putin speaking, he talks of the need for all nations to be sovereign, and follow their own values and cultures etc.

He says this process is underway, and 'it cannot be stopped' hence, NCSWIC.

Vidio doesn't play very well it just showes the top of putins head,and you can't read the sub titles.
