The Betsy Ross Flag was our first flag. Citing "US code", made up bullshit that is arguably Unconstitutional to back your argument just makes you sound like a derp state shill.

You're arguing nonsensical technicality while ignoring the fact that the FBI considering the First Flag (facts matter) as a terrorist symbol is problematic.
