All this represents (sorry Joe) is that one state has made it legal via a popular vote. That's why the SCOTUS decision happened to begin with....to return the issue to where it belonged in the first place, to the states. Other states either will, or have already, implemented anti-abortion laws. The US was NEVER intended to be a one-size-fits-all edict from the Fed as to how the states must be run.
Remember, it was the STATES that created the Federal Government, not the other way around. America was always meant to be a laboratory of different states finding their own ways and implementing laws to suit their populations.
We are so used to Federal overreach that most Americans forget this. We The People simply must get the Federal Government back down to a manageable size because it has fed off the blood and treasuries of the states far too long and has become a blood-filled tick that has outlived its usefulness and its original intent.
