Seems to me that DJT is simply pointing out the fake narrative, e.g.
that the VP could NOT have sent the votes back to the state legislatures.
If I recall correctly, Dave's commentary was that their actions now would in fact close the possibility for a Dem VP to reject the next time DJT is elected, rather than that this is what DJT wants. imo
