I’m stickying this because this is important politically for all of our newly elected rookie politicians to understand. You use your power per the Constitution, and legally as in law. We are a nation of laws, not a nation of BS just to do things because we think we can, when it breaches Constitutional rights. This is a prime example of how DeSantis is correcting BS by using proper Rule of established Law.
Great sticky decision. These are the type of things that we need to be watching. Tyranny will die by a thousand cuts.
