Obviously has a very high level of intelligence.

But he kinda talks like he has been in operations before. Not tryin to blow his cover, but anyone here with intelligence experience have anything to add?

It would make me pretty excited if he is...

ya i suspect he's more of the front facing ops looking guy, with real ops guys on the back end. its strange that some of these people are protected, considering seth rich and many others.
