Maybe because she visited four Asian countries on the trip and met with the prime ministers of three - Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in Singapore, Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob in Malaysia and Prime Minister Tsai Ing-wen in Taiwan? The Prime Minister of South Korea was on a holiday that had already been announced before Pelosi organised her trip.
Maybe that's why she believed that at least a few national leaders gave "a rats [sic] patootie about meeting with her"?
So President Yoon - who was willing to infuriate China by announcing that he would be open to the US basing nuclear and THAAD missiles in South Korea - is pretending to be on holiday to avoid meeting Pelosi because...?
