The best I could come up with was Joni Ernst. She seems to be very MAGA even reading her wiki page. It is interesting if there was an alternate candidate in mind for this Plan.
Interestingly, she was rumoured to be one of Trumps VP picks, but she tuned it down saying she wanted to focus on Iowa.
Oh, and more stuff. Bill mentions she has been really working hard for the financial reforms. Joni's claim to fame is the "stopping wastefu spending in government" bill!
Interesting. I am going to have to look into her, don't know much about her. The only person I could think of was Michelle Bachman. Mainly due to her being mentioned by Q several times about her involvement with sending a letter to the oversight committee calling out the infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood in the US gov't. She was also calling out and bringing attention to Huma and Anthony Wieners involvement with the MB. There was talk of her possibly running, but than she backed out as well. I am not sure of her involvement in any financial reforms though.
