I got the three criminals on video who stole the cat from my truck 2 monsth ago but their vehicle had lights on and the plate was blurred - cops said even they would not be able to make it out. But cops are supposed to have AMPAD 5 software to do that, am trying open source software. WIll take a while, but revenge is best served cold.
