I understand the point, that if the remaining votes come in with roughly the breakdown of the last bunch of Maricopa ballots, then Kari wins.

But they don't really care about that when dropping fake ballots. It will be obvious to everybody, but they won't care. The cheating has been in-your-face style and is getting more so as there have been no consequences for 2020.
