How bad is vaping?

Cigarettes had their claws in me for years, but the vapes have helped. How bad are they?

What about if you vape indoors? Does it damage stuff like cigs do?

I vape for nearly ten years, no issues whatsoever. I don't throw huge clouds, my vape is more mimicking a cigarette. Been a strong smoker for about 25ys.

I have to say I don't vape any artificial flavors, just some base, nicotine and a hint of selfmade menthol liquid.
