Cigarettes had their claws in me for years, but the vapes have helped. How bad are they?
What about if you vape indoors? Does it damage stuff like cigs do?

People say they feel better vaping. And the 4 ingredients in vape juice has to be better than the hundreds of chemicals found in cigarettes. Plus it doesn’t seem to leave that far residue over everything like cigarette smoke.
Just be sure to source US produced juice, where regulations and quality have to be better than most of the world.
