They do all kinds of things. They create shitty companies (or get hold of them with bribing/their people). Put them onto the stock market. Lure retail/dumb HF to buy those shitty companies, short them into the oblivion in the process and make shitload of money out of it. And I don´t even talk about real companies with great products which they fucked up too.. I mean most of the SHF are not the good guys. Why would you want to make money by weakening a company?
