Remember Prof. Todd Zywicki, who filed "The COVID VAX MANDATE case that won", in Eastern District of VA, if you read the filing you will see this:

"The EUA statue, 21 USC, para 360bbb-3, explicity states that anyone to whom the product is admisterd must be informed of the option to accept of to refust it, as well as the alternative to the product and the risks and benefits of receiving it. "

The document continues: "Even beyond its constitutional defect, GMU's unlawful Policy (mandating vaxx) is irreconcilable with and frustrates the objective of the statue governing administration of medical products authorized for emergency use only..."

Everyone should read this document and wonder why there has not been an avalanche of lawsuits that can be easily won given this precedent case.

We do wonder, because if my family member was dumb enough, or financially had no choice but to take the vaxx, I'd file the case myself. ANd only then if it was denied, would I take the next, necessary steps people throughout history take when there is no recourse to law and order.

So why are these vaxx injured just making tik-toks instead of lawyering up?
