I would assume that the Monkey vaccine isn't FDA-approved (how could it be in such short time). So the way for pharma to bypass FDA-approval and be able to sell the shots is with an EUA (Emergency Use Authorization)... just like they did with the Covid shots. The way to get that EUA is to lobby (aka bribe) gov to issue a Public Health Emergency.
