The pauses in speaking while the camera pans for dramatic effect, the over-the-top aggression of the prosecutor, the lack of decorum and documentation being passed back and forth for examination. So true. I spent 13 years as a District Court (misdemeanors) court clerk. Theatrics yes, but not as bad as the televised ones.
