We' ve seen that before .....

But those sights are NOT the reason for the writing of the article. The reason is: Coal shipments ..... + climate change scare ....

The Rhine is a major shipping artery.

We really have to do something. Maybe ban farmers or something! Take a Covid shot! Wear a mask. Maybe we will have enough rain.

ANd I though renaissance and enlightenment had already happened. It seems I mistook today for the dark middle ages.
