I don't, therefore, my confidence level, knowledge, and history about Alex is lacking to either praise or negate him. I have listened to several of his broadcasts over the past 6 years but do not follow him on any kind of regular basis. I don't follow any particular person on a regular basis. Yes, he's a blowhard, but a lot of what he has said makes total sense, and he has not kept his mouth shut for the past 26 years. If you or I or any of us were broadcasters and were permitted to run our mouths for 26 years, there's bound to be supporters who turn into non-supporters.
For example, I once admired and was an avid follower of Trey Gowdy. I believed he was truly going to do something about Hillary Clinton when he chaired the United States House Select Committee on Benghazi. Then, when Trump named Gowdy as a possible nominee for Attorney General in 2015, a few months later, Gowdy endorsed "Little" Marco Rubio. My impression of him now is that he was nothing more than another all-talk-no-action guy, just like Alex Jones. And that's ok. Jones isn't a politician. He's there to wake people up, and that's a damn hard thing to do these days.
I agree with several of the comments on this post about providing examples, a little history, a little background about his supposed Mossad connection, being a controlled individual, and other allegations. Blanket statements, whether one is praising or condemning someone, are meaningless.
I also believe it's important to know more about a person who winds up under the spotlight. It's easy to find condemnation and ridicule about Alex Jones. You have to really search to find even basic information about this man. I did, however, come across one article that provides a decent enough history about him.
Who really knows Alex Jones?
