Of course. The US, Ukraine, China, NK, Iran, Malaysia, Kazakhstan... these were many of the countries used for insidious things by the elite. Either they had such extreme amounts of corruption(like here and china) that they could do whatever they pleased without consequence, or they were hidden away from the prying eyes of the world...
We have seen them fall into line with the plan... there has been so much change happening in the world that I dont know how anyone can still be a doomer. Big things are obviously happening!
