This place replaced any social media for me. Wasn't too active on social media, but I probably spend about 30 minutes here daily.

I enjoy the dynamic here. Reddit kind of perfected the online forum layout IMO, but the people that use it are afraid to think.

Obviously there's a certain herd mentality here too, but it's on the complete opposite side of the mainstream line of thought. Most things posted here are actually allowed to be debated, at least. Can't have a different opinion on Reddit
