Much of the problems from seed oils end up coming from the process to actually get those oils.
Avocado and olive oil should be cold pressed, and does not require chemical additions. Avocado fats are also incredibly healthy for you. Nonstick properties are shit though, I'll take flax seed for a hard finish on cast iron any day.
Olive oil in particular is prone to have additive oils to bulk it up, however, and often ends up "tainted" by any of those.
Vegetable oil is also heart unhealthy, and offhand I do not recall what tends to be marketed as vegetable oil. But that stuff's really bad for your heart.
