He is not the Chief of the General Staff, that is Admiral Tony Radakin. Gen Sanders is the head of the Army, that's all.

Admiral Radakin told a defence committee a few weeks ago that as Boris Johnson has given so much advanced weaponry to the Ukraine that it will take years to build up stocks again to the minimum level needed to fight a large European war.
