All dosing is .2 mg/kg of body weight whether pill or horse paste. The dose can be doubled or tripled if needed. I take horse paste which is dosed in pounds (some tubes gauge 50 lbs./notch and others guage 125 lbs./notch). For example a single dose for 200 pounds would take 18 mg of ivemectin in pill form. There are charts you can follow. I take a probiotic but IVR is anti-parasitic not an anti-bacterial so it doesn't destroy the good gut bacteria. Hope you have done your research.
