I could be wrong, but every post i've ever seen on here and patriots.win said have food.

Ivermectin is generally given with water on an empty stomach; however, administering ivermectin with food increases its bioavailability.

I guess it doesn't matter that much.

I just saw somewhere else it says take it on an empty stomach to de-worm/fight parasites, and on a full stomach to fight covid/flu/viruses.
