Maybe the White House will collapse literally- if there are tunnels below that were cleared out and flooded who knows what the effect on the foundations are? Maybe this is a Hail Mary from the black hats? Literally destroy the White House with (ostensibly) Brandon in it, cause chaos before the midterms and go for a sympathy wave vote?
